With over 30 years of experience in the beauty and education industries, Ida is a seasoned professional dedicated to empowering the next generation of beauty professionals. Currently serving as a Senior Implementation and Training Specialist at Milady, Ida plays a pivotal role in onboarding beauty schools to Milady’s cutting-edge digital learning platform, CIMA. In this role, she provides comprehensive training and ongoing support to beauty schools across her territory, ensuring a seamless transition to digital education.
A licensed cosmetologist and cosmetology instructor, Ida spent 22 years working in beauty schools, where she held a variety of leadership roles including Instructor, Admissions, Financial Aid, and Director of Education for multiple campuses. This extensive experience has given her a deep understanding of the operational and educational needs of schools in the beauty industry.

For the past two decades, Ida has also been a respected international educator, delivering Master Educator classes across the United States and Canada. She has presented continuing education classes at prestigious national conferences such as CEA, NACCAS, and AACS, and is a contributing author for both the Milady Standard Cosmetology 14th Edition and Professional Educator 4th Edition. As a subject matter expert, she regularly collaborates with the Milady Team to enhance educational content and resources.

In recognition of her outstanding contributions to beauty education, Ida was honored with the N.F. Cimaglia Educator of the Year Award, a testament to her passion for teaching and commitment to excellence.
